Home pickup and delivery - What to expect
1. Call Cowal Frames on 01369 830220
2. During your call we will schedule a visit to discuss your framing requirements. This can be at your home, your gallery, or your art club meeting.
3. At this visit we will take along a collection of mountboard and
moulding corner samples so that you can decide what colour schemes work
best. We will be able to make suggestions as to what combinations of
mountboard and frames work best for your art. Select from over 70 styles
of moulding and many mountboard colors. Experiment with the use of slips
to add value to your artwork
4. A price of the job including delivery will be agreed at this point
5. Alan will give you a schedule for job completion, then will leave with your artwork.
6. You will receive a phone call to arrange a suitable delivery time.
7. Your framed art will be delivered at the arranged time and location.
Mail in artwork - What to expect
1. Call Cowal Frames on 01369 830220 
2. During your call we will discuss your framing requirements and options, including mount colours and frame styles.
3. A price of the job will be advised, including shipping, and a schedule agreed upon.
4. Mail your artwork to Cowal Frames (ideal for needlework and cross-stitch!), include a cheque for payment.
5. You will be notified by email on completion of job, once the framed artwork has been shipped.
6. Your artwork will arrive by First Class Post - recorded delivery.
